Dedicated to the Savaging of Senator Sam Brownback

FAQ

Are you paid to blog against Brownback?
Haha! I wish. I do this because I dislike Brownback’s goals for the country and because I dislike the way he represents Kansas to the rest of the country.

Are you currently working on a political campaign?
No, but I have in the past and I likely will in the future. If you want to offer me a job, feel free.

Hating someone as much as you hate Brownback is not healthy. Get a life.
Easy there partner! In true liberal tradition, though I really don’t like Brownback and think he is a jerk, I don’t hate him. I also happen to have a life.

Why Senator Brownback? Isn’t Senator [X] much crazier?
That may be. However, I blog against Brownback because I know the state of Kansas and I believe in localizing political action. If I lived somewhere else I would likely blog about their crazy politician.

You Dirty Liberal! No one reads your site and Republicans rule!
I think what I find most amusing about this one is the fact that I get 2-3 of these a week. Apparently plenty of republicans find their way here. My traffic has grown every month the site has been in existence. In any case, if only one person read the blog I would still consider it a worthwhile endeavor. Oh, and Republicans won’t be ruling for long.

I heard that Brownback is gay, drinks, gambles, once killed a guy with a pickled herring, etc… Will you write a story about it?
I deal in evidence. Unfounded accusations are for republicans. I won’t publish a rumor unless I see some evidence to corroborate. However, I would love an email regarding anything you have heard about the Senator. I follow up on any tip I get, and all tips are anonymous.

I have a question that wasn’t answered here. Who do I complain to / congratulate?
